I provide quality control by doing live moderation for the app available for android and on ios. I remove inappropriate content and re-categorize content to optimize the user experience. I also look into user accounts and access their contribution to the community. If I find the user is not in compliance with our guidelines, or is consistently inappropriate I revoke their account. I also answer customer service inquiries via zendesk.

I did every job possible associated with owning a small business and restaurant. I did all the cooking myself, came up with several unique recipes, designed the menu and daily specials, handled all the marketing, web design and promotion, handled all the paperwork, supervised employees, served customers, washed the dishes and swept the floor. Gordon Ramsay would be proud.
