With an original education background in Journalism and English Literature, I have been a professional writer for over 12 years. I returned to school in 2007 to obtain a holistic nutritionist certificate with a concentration in herbology, with the intent of becoming a naturopath. I have extensively studied herbs, plants and foods and the effect they have on our bodies. My combined expertise in journalism and natural health led me to a freelance writing/editing career.
