Cooking
My father and uncle were both Italian chefs for years. I were taught and adapted many of their techniques and strategies when it pertains to cooking. From the foundation that I received I have developed my own sense of style by incorporating different spices, techniques, and ingredients. Also, watch the cooking channel frequently. I love the program called "Chopped".
Working-with-Children
I have worked with children for over 6 years now, specifically ones that stem from dysfunctional families. I have learned and innovatively used de-escalation strategies, encouraged coping mechanisms, and behavior modifications systems.
