more I am an educated business professional and entrepreneur. I have years of experience in several areas. I grew up with my parents running restaurants. In addition, I have over 12 years of experience in restaurants, in various positions. I would consider myself to be an expert in cooking and the restaurant industry in general.

I then worked in the child care arena aiding children that have been abused, neglected, or emotionally disturbed. I also consider myself and expert in disciplinary tactics, concepts, and behavior modification systems. During my years that I have worked with children, I yearned for something more, something deeper. So I got involved with business ventures. I self taught myself business principles and also learned various techniques from mentors. I began reading a myriad of articles and books on health and wellness. I self-taught myself about marketing as well as knowledge about vitamins and minerals.
