Yes. It controls the electric fuel pump. The relay hardly ever goes out, it is almost always the electric fuel pump itself that goes bad. The pump is in the fuel tank and needs to be professionally installed unless you are really mechanically

I don't think so, it appears that the Lesabre is like a Bonneville and has a flat wire harness, the Blazer has a totally different connector and mounting set up.
