Verifying the Impact of Global Financial Crisis on the Indian Stock Market By Modeling and Forecasting Volatility Using GARCH Model: Individual project (Finance Oriented) done under faculty guidance. In this paper GARCH Models have been used to estimate the volatility of various companies of India across various time intervals. To verify the extent to which the Global Financial Crisis of 2008 affected the Indian Stock Market, a comparison has been made between the values of volatility in the returns of the companies across various sample periods. 2. Valuation of European Stock Options: To develop a simulation model for the valuation of European stock option- call or/and put; and verify the results obtained from this simulation model against the famous Black Scholes option pricing model. 3. Optimization of portfolios by developing integrated moving average time series model: Developing an integrated moving average time series model for optimization of portfolios & verifying our proposed model with the GARCH processes. Comparing our optimized portfolio with Sensex. 4. Adopting Real Effective Exchange Rate to target both Domestic Business Cycle and Financial Stability.

Physics is my favorite subject. I can teach any level of physics, and I can ensure you that my students will always be amongst the top rankers in this subject. I concentrate at the basics and help my student visualize the physical situation, rather than teaching them algorithms to solve the problem

I was the school topper in Math in my 10th and 12th standard Board examinations conducted throughout the country. I am generally quick to understand problems and have always enjoyed the subject.
