My phd fellowship includes the religious and political history of early modern Europe. More spesifically it is about witch craft trials in Finnmark, the far north of the Danish state. The research question asks if and how the witch craft trials was related to the border conflict in the region. Three states, Denmark, Sweden and Russia, claimed the rights to taxes and territories inhabited by the nomadic and indiginous Sami people. I have been using MS Access to sort and analyse historical data.

I have experience with MS Access to build multi relational databases. I am familiar with tables, queries, forms and reports. I have used MS Access for historical data.

I have a masters degree in religious studies. My project was a study of symbols and texts on headstones on a local cemetery. The work included death studies, theory of symbols, and sociology of religion. I used MS Access to organize and analyse headstones, persons, symbols and texts.
