Overview
Experts123 is focused on being a cooperative community that helps community members gain help, knowledge, and expertise in specific topics. We all believe everyone has some expertise to give and encourage community members to benefit from helping others in their area of expertise. The overall theme is give a little and get a lot. We have created the points system to help facilitate this interaction and keep the quality of help as high as possible. As you gain points you get access to more tools and functionality within the platform to engage with others and promote your expertise.
Here is how the Point System works:
You acquire topic and overall expertise points based on your interaction with the Experts123 site. You receive points for learning (reading content), answering questions, and writing articles.
As you acquire points you are provided with more functionality to use the system.
Level 1 – This is where you gain the ability to Upvote Content, Publish Articles, and Comment on Articles. You need 30 points to reach Level 1.
Level 2 –
We are planning to a Premium offering as well where you can gain access to tools by paying $20 per month.

Here is how the Expertise Point System works:
You acquire topic and overall expertise points based on your interaction with the Experts123 site. You receive points for being a good community member and providing profile details, learning (reading content), answering questions, and writing articles.
As you acquire points you demonstrate your expertise by reaching new Expertise Levels. You are also provided with more functionality to use the system.
Level 1 – (30 points) – After you upload a professional profile picture and acquire 30 points you make it to Level 1 which provides you the capability to:
From Level 1 to Level 2 you gain additional functionality of:
Level 2 – (240 points) – Once you reach Level 2 especially in an Area of Expertise then this shows you have decent knowledge in that area and your Signature on Answers will be upgraded and more prominent.
Level 3 – (810 points) – Once you hit Level 3 you will be provided with powerful tools to administer Topics including the Picture, Description, and Topic Tree.
Levels 4-10 demonstrate further expertise and provide further tools. As a community driven site we are developing tools for these levels with the community so sign up to be involved! More the more you give the more you get!
Finally, we are planning to provide a Premium offering as well where you can gain access to tools by paying $20 per month. These tools will help speakers, authors, consultants, and online marketers demonstrate and promote their expertise through social media and other advertising channels.
