  1. Beans are not only good source of protein but also offer other good health benefits. It would be a good idea to add beans with your regular meal or snack.     Bean Dip Recipe: 1, Mexican Bean Dip Recipe
     
    Serves: 3 to 4
    Ingredients
     
    1 can of Readymade Pinto Beans
    3/4 cup of Chopped Tomatoes
    1/2 cup of Chopped Red Onion
    1/2 cup of Chopped Cilantro
    1/2 tablespoon of Chopped Jalapeno Pepper
    2 tablespoon of Salsa
    1/2 cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 ½ teaspoon of Garlic Powder
    1 teaspoon of Black Pepper Powder
    Salt, as per Taste
     
    Directions
    • Get a readymade can of pinto beans. Open the lid and drain the excess water from the pinto beans can.
    • Wash the pinto beans with warm water and put it in to a mixing bowl. Get a masher and mash the pinto beans as much as you can.
    • If the beans are not fully mashed, then it is fine too.
    • Put these mashed pinto beans aside and get a cutting board.
    • Chop the fresh tomatoes in to small pieces and add it in to the mixing bowl. 
    • Chop the red onions in to small pieces and add it directly in to the mixing bowl with beans and tomatoes.
    • Chop the cilantro and jalapeno. Put them in to the mixing bowl.
    • Mix all these ingredients together before adding anything else.
    • Add salsa and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix it well.
    • Add all the dry ingredients, such as garlic powder, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix it well.
    • Serve it cool with nachos.
    • Garnish it by sprinkling some shredded cheddar cheese and cilantro on top of it.
    Bean Dip Recipe: 2, Healthy Bean Dip Recipe
     
    Serves: 3 to 4
    Ingredients
     
    1 can of Readymade Black Beans
    1/2 cup of Readymade Corn
    3/4 cup of Chopped Red Bell Pepper
    1/2 cup of Chopped Yellow Tomatoes
    1/2 cup of Chopped White Onions
    1 clove of Garlic
    1 tablespoon of Chopped Green Chili
    1/2 cup of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    Salt, as per Taste
     
    Directions
    • Get the readymade can of black beans and open the lid.
    • Remove the excess water from the black beans can.
    • Put it in a food processor and crush the black beans until it gets smooth texture. You can also use masher, if you don’t want the fine paste of black beans.
    •  Put the crushed black bean’s paste in to a mixing bowl.
    • Obtain a can of readymade corn and open the lid. As these corns are readymade, they would be soft enough to use it for the dip.
    • Add directly in to the mixing bowl with black beans and give it a quick stir.
    • Get a cutting board and start to cut out the red bell pepper in to small pieces.  After cutting it, add it in to the mixing bowl.
    • Cut the yellow tomatoes and white onions in to small pieces. Add them directly in to the mixing bowl and mix it with other ingredients.
    • Get a garlic clove and mash it. Add this mashed garlic clove with other chopped vegetables and mix it well.
    • Cut the green chili in to small pieces and add it in to the mixing bowl.
    • Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and mix it well with other ingredients. 
    • Add salt as per your need.
    • Mix all these ingredients one more time, so that everything blends well with each other.
    • Serve it with chips or crackers.
    • Garnish it by sprinkling some mozzarella cheese on top.
