    Chocolate Mousse Recipe – 1, Coffee Chocolate Mousse Recipe
     
    Serves: 4 to 5
    Ingredients
     
    2 tablespoon of Unsalted Butter
    3/4 cup of Dark Chocolate Chips/Chocolate Powder
    3 Whole Uncooked Brown Eggs
    1/2 Cup of Sugar
    1 ½ teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
    3 tablespoon of Coffee Liqueur (Substitute Black Coffee)
    1 cup of Heavy Cream
    6 tablespoon of Whipped Cream

    Directions

    • Put one deep pot with water on a stove over medium heat. Let the water boil.
    • Get one bigger pot which you can put it over to the pot with boiling water in it. Make sure that the boiling water doesn’t reach up all the way to the bowl on top of it.
    • Add unsalted butter and dark chocolate chips or dark chocolate powder in to this pot. Stir it until it melts.
    • When all the dark chocolate chips are melted, take the pot away from heat. Let it cool at room temperature.
    • In another mixing bowl, get egg yolks and egg whites separately in two different bowls.
    • Whisk the egg yolk mixture until it gets even. Add this egg yolk mixture to the dark chocolate mixture. Mix it well.
    • Beat the egg white mixture manually or with the help of electric beater. When you start to see firm and foamy texture, your egg white is ready. 
    • Add this egg white mixture gently in to the chocolate mixture and slowly fold it.
    • Pour in heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and coffee liqueur in to a mixing bowl. Beat all these ingredients together until it gets soft foamy texture.
    • Gently fold this mixture to the dark chocolate mixture, so that all the ingredients mix well with each other.
    • Put this mixture in to refrigerator, so that it sets up well.
    • Serve it cool with garnishing of whipped cream and dark chocolate chips on top of it.
    Chocolate Mousse Recipe – 2, Almond Chocolate Mousse Recipe
     
    Serves: 4
    Ingredients
     
    1 packet of Instant Chocolate Pudding
    2 teaspoon of Almond Extract
    1 ½ cup of Heavy Cream
    1 Whole Uncooked Egg
    3 tablespoon of Whipped Cream
    2 tablespoon of Finely Chopped Almond

    Directions

    • Get one big mixing bowl and add the instant chocolate pudding mix.
    • Add almond extract and give it a quick stir.
    • In another mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until it gets fluffy texture.
    • Gently fold this heavy cream mixture with instant chocolate pudding mix.
    • In another bowl, whisk the egg yolk and egg white separately.
    • Pour in the egg yolk mixture when it is even.
    • Whisk the egg white until it gets firm and foamy texture. When it is ready, gently add that in to the chocolate mixture.
    • Put it in a refrigerator to cool. You can directly put it in a dessert glasses or you can put it in a large container with a lid on.
    • Serve it chilled and garnish it with whipped cream on top of it.
    • Sprinkle the finely chopped almond on top of it for garnishing purpose.
    Chocolate Brownie Recipe – 1
     
    Serves: 5 to 6
    Ingredients
     
    3 tablespoon of Unsalted Butter
    1/2 cup of Sweet Chocolate Chips or Chocolate Bar
    1/2 cup of Semi-Sweet Chips or Chocolate Bar
    3 Whole Brown Eggs
    1/2 cup of Sugar
    1 cup of All –Purpose Flour
    1 ½ teaspoon of Baking Powder
    2 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
    1/2 teaspoon of Salt
    1 tablespoon of Powdered Sugar

    Directions

    • Preheat the oven at 355 degree F.
    • Place one big saucepan on a stove over high heat. Pour in the water. Let it boil.
    • Place another bowl on top of the big saucepan in such a way that it doesn’t touch the boiling water. If that’s the case make sure to take some water off. Lower the heat before you start cooking.
    • Add 2 ½ tablespoon of unsalted butter and leave the remaining butter on side.
    • Add sweet chocolate chips or chocolate bars as well as semi-sweet chocolate chips or bar directly in to the bowl.
    • Keep stirring until both butter and chocolate chips starts to get melted.
    • When everything is properly melted, remove the bowl from the heat and put it aside.
    • In another bowl, take the egg yolk and egg white out one by one from the egg shell. Whisk it evenly.
    • Add sugar with the egg mixture and mix it well. Pour this mixture in to the chocolate mix and whip it well.
    • Add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt in to the chocolate mixture. Start beating all the ingredients well in to this mixture; so that there is no lump remain in the chocolate brownie mixture.
    • Get one baking tray and spread the remaining butter on the baking tray, so the chocolate brownie does not stick to the baking tray.
    • Put it in to the oven for about 35 to 45 minutes. Lower the temperature from 355 degree to 350 degree F.
    • After 35 minutes, poke in to the brownie mixture with the help of knife. If any particle sticks to the knife, then leave it inside for ten more minutes. Otherwise, your chocolate brownie is ready to eat. 
    • Serve it warm or cold, according to your likes.
    • Garnish it by sprinkling some powdered sugar on top of it.
    Chocolate Brownie Recipe – 2, Mix Nuts Chocolate Brownie Recipe
     
    Serves: 5 to 6
    Ingredients
     
    1 Packet of Readymade Brownie Mix
    3 tablespoon of Unsalted Butter
    2 Whole Uncooked Eggs
    1/2 cup of Vitamin D Milk
    1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
    1/2 cup of chopped Pecans
    1/3 cup of chopped Almonds
    1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

    Directions

    • Preheat the oven at 355 degree F.
    • In one large mixing bowl, empty out the readymade brownie mix.
    • Read the directions first, for any kind of particular guidelines. Generally, everything is included in that, so that you might not need to worry about anything.
    • For optional purposes, you can add various items such as nuts or chocolate chips.
    • Put 2 ½ tablespoon of unsalted butter in a small bowl and warm it in a microwave. Pour this warm butter in to the brownie mix. Mix it well.
    • Beat the two eggs properly and add them in to the brownie mix. Give it a good whisk.
    • Add the milk as well and mix it with other ingredients.
    • Add chopped walnuts, chopped pecans, chopped almonds, and vanilla extract in to the brownie mixture. Mix all these items well with each other until the mixture gets smooth.
    • Grease the baking tray with the remaining butter and pour in the chocolate brownie mixture.
    • Put it in to the oven with 350 degree F.
    • Bake it for about 35 to 45 minutes. Check it after 35 minutes to see if the brownie is done. If not then you can keep it for ten more minutes.
    • Garnish it with finely chopped walnuts, pecans, and almonds.
    • Serve it warm or cold.
