  1. Nobody has enough time to cook healthy meal every night with their busy schedule. Most of the people end up eating junk food instead of healthy meal. These easy to make soup recipes would help in bringing out more nutrition with your regular meal. These are some of the quick and easy soup recipes which you can make it in no time at your home.
     
    Easy Soup Recipe: 1, Chunky Tomato Soup
     
    Serves: 4
    Ingredients
     
    1 ½ tablespoon of Salted Butter
    1 teaspoon of Whole Cumin
    1 Bay Leaf
    1/2 cup of Finely Chopped Red Onion
    2 teaspoon of Garlic Paste
    1 teaspoon of Cinnamon Powder
    1 teaspoon of Black Pepper Powder
    1 can of Diced Tomatoes
    2 cans of Tomato Sauce
    1 teaspoon of Red Pepper Powder
    2 cups of Warm Water
    Salt, as per Taste
    1 tablespoon of Finely Chopped Fresh Cilantro
     
    Directions
    • Put a soup pot on a stove over high heat.
    • Add slated butter and let it melt.
    • Add whole cumin and bay leaf. Lower the heat from high to medium heat.
    • Add finely chopped red onion. You should have your onions cut before you start to make soup. Let it sauté for three to four minutes.
    • Add readymade garlic paste. If you don’t have readymade garlic paste, then take two cloves of garlic. Crush it until it gets smooth texture. Your garlic paste is ready to use.
    • Add cinnamon powder and black pepper powder. Mix it with other ingredients.
    • Add canned diced tomatoes to the soup pot and sauté it for about five minutes. You can buy readymade diced tomatoes or you can use fresh diced tomatoes too.
    • Add readymade tomato sauce and blend it well with other ingredients.
    • Add red pepper powder and salt. Give it a quick stir.
    • Add warm water. Let it simmer for ten minutes and then reduce the heat from medium to low.
    • Cover the soup pot with a lead on it.
    • Let the chunky tomato soup simmer for ten more minutes on low heat.
    • Garnish it by sprinkling finely chopped fresh cilantro on top of it.
    • Serve your hot chunky tomato soup with warm bread.
    Easy Soup Recipe: 2, Mix Vegetable Soup
     
    Serves: 4
    Ingredients
     
    2 tablespoon of Olive Oil
    1 teaspoon of Clove Powder
    1 teaspoon of White Pepper Powder
    2 teaspoon of Ginger Paste
    2 teaspoon of Onion Powder
    1 ½ can of Mix Vegetables
    2 ½ cups of Vegetable Broth
    2 cups of Warm Water
    Salt, as per Taste
    1 tablespoon of Finely Chopped Fresh Parsley
     
    Directions
    • Put a soup pot on a stove over high heat.
    • Add the olive oil and let it heat up for few seconds.
    • Add clove powder and white pepper powder. Give it a quick stir.
    • Lower the heat from high to medium before adding the ginger paste.
    • Add readymade ginger paste and onion powder. Sauté it for few seconds.
    • If you don’t have readymade ginger paste, then take small piece of ginger and mash it until it gets paste like texture.
    • Drain the excess water out of the mix vegetables’ can. Put it aside in a bowl before using it.
    • Add the mix vegetables in to the soup pot and keep sautéing for about five minutes.
    • Add readymade can of vegetable broth in to the soup pot. Blend it well.
    • Pour in two cups of warm water in to the soup pot.
    • Gently, mix in all these ingredients together.
    • Let all these ingredients to simmer at high heat for about ten minutes.
    • Reduce the heat from high to low and cover it with a lead on.
    • Let the mix vegetable soup cook for about ten more minutes.
    • Garnish it by sprinkling finely chopped fresh parsley on top of it.
    • Serve it hot in a soup bowl with your regular meal.
