  1. Guacamole can be used in many different ways. It has many benefits and nutritional value to offer. You can make many different guacamole recipes at home. These are some of the quick and easy guacamole recipes that you can enjoy with sandwich, bread, nachos, or chips. Here, you will find tasty guacamole recipes, such as guacamole dip and guacamole spread.
     
    Guacamole Recipe: 1, Guacamole Dip
     
    Serves: 3 to 4
    Ingredients
     
    2 Ripe Avocados
    1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
    1 Big Clove of Garlic
    1/2 tablespoon of Lemon Juice
    1/2 cup of Finely Chopped Onions
    1/2 cup of Finely Chopped Tomatoes
    Salt, as per Taste
    1 tablespoon of Finely Chopped Cilantro
     
    Directions
    • Get a cutting board and remove the peel from the avocados.
    • When you buy your avocados, always make sure that they are ripe enough. If they are not completely ripe, then you would not be able to make good guacamole dip. If the avocados have brown skin on, then they are ripe and ready to use. If they have green color on top, then that means that it is not ripe enough.
    • Remove the big seed from the avocados. Cut it in to medium size pieces.
    • If it is ripe enough, then you can mash it with the help of masher or spoon. But, if you don’t want to go through that hassle then you can use food processor.
    • Put avocado pieces in to the food processor and crush it until it gets very smooth texture.
    • Add olive oil and garlic clove in to the food processor. Mix it well.
    • Add the readymade lemon juice or fresh lemon juice.
    • Take this avocado paste in to one medium mixing bowl.
    • Get a cutting board and get your onions and tomatoes ready.
    • Cut your onions and tomatoes in small pieces.
    • Add them one by one directly in to the mixing bowl and mix gently with the avocado.
    • Sprinkle some salt as you need.
    • Sprinkle some cilantro on top of it for garnishing purpose.
    • Serve it cool with nachos or chips.
    Guacamole Recipe: 2, Guacamole Spread
     
    Serves: 3 to 4
    Ingredients
     
    2 ½ Ripe Avocados
    3/4 cup of Cream Cheese
    1 Big Clove of Garlic
    1 ½ teaspoon of Red Hot Sauce
    1 teaspoon of Black Pepper Powder
    1/2 tablespoon of Lemon Juice
    Salt, as per Taste
     
    Directions
    • Obtain a cutting board and remove the skin off from the avocados.
    • Buying ripe avocados with brown skin is good, but you should also make sure that they are not too ripe. Make sure to feel your avocados with your fingers before you buy. If it is way too soft or mushy, then that would not be a good idea to buy them.
    • After peeling the skin off from the avocados, make sure to remove the seed too.
    • Cut it in to small pieces and put them in to food processor. Crush them well.
    • Add cream cheese in to the food processor. Blend it well with avocado. They should be combined well with each other.
    • Add the big clove of garlic, red hot sauce, black pepper powder, lime juice, and salt in to the food processor. Blend it well.  
    • If you can’t handle red hot sauce or black pepper, then you can use mild hot sauce. Adding black pepper is optional.  
    • Take the avocado spread out in a serving bowl and serve it.
    • You can garnish it by crushing some fresh black pepper on top of it.
    • You can keep it in refrigerator and use it for about three to four days.
    These are some of the easy and quick guacamole recipes that you can make it at home. You can enjoy either guacamole dip or guacamole spread with breads, chips, nachos, or crackers. You can substitute some of the ingredients as you like. Enjoy.
