  1. travel insuranceWhether or not you’re superstitious, there’s something about getting travel insurance that seems to just ward off impending doom on any travel adventure. You might lose your bags, lose your wallet, or lose your arms and legs, but either way – your trip is covered if you get the right travel insurance.

    Travel Insurance Amid Calamity

There’s nothing more frustrating than getting into a foreign land and suddenly you realize your luggage isn’t appearing in the conveyor. You hope it’s just on another plane, and then you get confirmation that your luggage was somehow sent three continents away. The uninsured traveler would be fuming mad at this point, but a traveler with the foresight to purchase travel insurance will simply let out a small sigh, kick the side of the mechanical conveyor, possibly glare at other travelers that received their luggage correctly, and then move on, getting new clothes, thanks to your splendid travel insurance.

Travel Insurance is Small Ducats Compared to the Alternative

I’m not cheap because I choose to be, I’m cheap out of necessity. I travel a lot and it means I have to watch my spending. If I’m just traveling to a friend’s place in one of the states, I’m not too concerned about travel insurance (I’d buy it if I had the coinage to spare). If you’re going to London, Aruba, Jamaica, oooh I wanna take ya wallet places, etc., you should consider travel insurance. Losing your wallet, passport, clothes, or other fun items can mean your vacation or business trip has a new thorn to add to your side. Don’t put yourself in a position where you have to fork out your own money to compensate for what was lost at no fault of your own.

Travel Insurance Has Plenty of Options

You can spend a boat load of money on massive amounts of travel insurance, but you don’t have to go crazy with consumerism. A simple policy covering lost luggage or money will save you the headache of having to beg on the streets or dip into your savings to not spoil your trip.

    You Could Meet Your Doom!

Not to be melodramatic, but planes do crash once in a blue moon. It’s still the safest way to travel, but you don’t want to be unprepared if you’re not always the lucky type. Travel insurance has life insurance policies that will ensure your loved ones are taken care of in the event that the unthinkable happens and Superman is not there to support the busted left engine of the airplane.
