Stay-at-home-mom
Advice on how to stay "sane" and "true to yourself" while being stay at home mom or parent. For next three months I'll have privilege of enjoying "stay at home mom status." It's truly the hardest and most important work anyone can do. Often moms/stay at home parents oversee their own needs and neglect their own well being. They fully devote themselves to their children/families while forgetting their own happiness. Studies show that "happy moms" are most "effective moms." Every mom/stay at home parent needs some "me time," and yes there are enough hours in the day to incorporate some "me time" into your everyday schedule.
