I have opened several businesses for other people that are very successful. I have handled everything from Building codes, Licensing, Budgets, Training, Concept development, Design, Marketing, Advertising, and Human Resources.

I have traveled extensively with my career and have a lot of insight on the do's and don'ts of traveling. I have also been to every state in the US and give ideas on good places to visit, eat, and have an adventure.

I have extensive knowledge in the restaurant business and have done almost every job from serving, cooking, managing, directing, creating menus, and opening restaurants.
