I’ve worked as a customer service representative in apparel company for two years until I decided to go to college to get my degree in Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. I can do clerical duty such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms and other administrative procedure. And also, since I was in sales before customer service, sales and marketing are not new for me. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for service, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
