I am a medical doctor in internal medicine, with 41 years of experience, specially in cardiovascular health and disorders, metabolism, dislipidemic conditions, diabetes and other endocrine abnormalities; nutrition, neurological disorderes specially those related to cerebrovascular diseases and degenerative alterations of CNS.

I am a good cook and love to teach people to do so, healthy food is my area of expertise, some cases like sugar or gluten free food are in my field of  interest. Gourmet, classic food and pastry are part of  an interesting world. I like to combine healhy food with the world of art cuisine.

As a medical doctor with so many years of work, I have learned to guide and treat people with stress, depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, panic attacks and more.

I was a specialist of the first scale, my responsabilities were direct supervision of the  residents staff, making the daily round of  visiting hospitalized patients and in ER. Also I had personal responsabilitiy for outpatients consulting. i also was a postgraduate professor. Simultaneously, I was awarded a position as a professor by winning a  contest and I was hired for the Universidad Central de Venezuela.
