According to the Nulife company website, you can allow your pets on anytime after application because the active ingredient, Ferrous Sulfate, is not a restricted use pesticide, there is not a specific (Restricted Entry Interval) for this product. They do however, warn to avoid direct, prolonged contact to bare skin.
Since the granules can take up to three days to dissolve, you should probably wait that long to mow.
Protip: Moss is caused by poor lawn conditions such as poor drainage, poor soil (low pH, lack of nutrients) and too much shade. Try amending your soil and trim branches where possible to allow in more wind and sunlight.
