Yes. Go to your profile page and click Activity Log. On the left navigation page you will see a section with the headings, “Photos, Likes, Comments, More”, select More. Find the Friends heading and click it. You will now see activity, including friend requests sent, in order by date.

Absolutely! For friend requests you sent just look back in your Activity Log,& in the left column click MORE & select the Friends filter, then in scrolling back look for sent friend request
