Freelance is an endeavor of self-employ. It is either permanent or temporary depending on how one chose to belong. It is needful in most cases that every man should be their own boss; having every decisions to take on personal financial issues;  or on matters bothering on money making.

In fact the latter is what freelancing is all about. Making money is or could be termed; ‘the reward for freelancing’ hence; any man that is working either for himself or attached to a Company needs judge his aims and objectives in order to meet his target.

A Freelance Logo Designer can earn a living working permanently for a Company. Not because he is a freelancer; he could not be employed by any other person who in turn becomes his boss. He could be employed on a permanent working scale yet; he operates or works at his own time. He is not fixed to a nine-to-five stitches or nature of job hence; he is a freelancer, having the full control of his time.

A freelancer or a freelance Logo designer been employed and keeping to the deadlines for the submission of his assignments; is not stripped of his autonomous status. He is there working as a permanent employed freelancer yet; he is not working under strict supervision. The flexibility of his working time gives him the name of a freelancer. Upon all the freedom he enjoys; he is working to the taste of producing the required logo; than producing anything he likes, since he is not working under strict supervision.

Mark the word: “strict supervision.” It means in essence that he is not working as free as he should, in order to tailor his time to his name rather; there is a bit of supervision which occurs at his keeping to the design demand of his employers. He is been paid also by somebody yet; he has his time in his hand. He is then not totally a freelancer; for he is working under an indirect boss who supervises him indirectly by the of logo designs he is been demanded of.

All the same. That being the nature of freelancing, having to meet the condition for the reward; he is indeed a true freelancer.

I don’t think you can. Not where I live anyway. Maybe in a big city with lots of companies springing up. You market yourself. You do good work. You work harder than you ever have. You don’t have a boss, but it is harder and much more stressful to be freelance.

The possibilities are many. As there are increased number of freelance websites where you can find jobs. You can find list of sites by just googling up. But earning may not be like a permanent working employee. At first you may even not get a single dime but as you progress you can get a handful of cash which may be even better than a permanent employee earns.

I do freelancing for the past five years. The sites which i work are odesk.com, peopleperhour.com and fiverr.com and i use classified ads to get reffered by the local advertisers. i now make even more than what a manager a a mid level earns monthly. But the niche i focus is hard to focus. If i may know which area is that you are focused i may help you better by answering relevant to that niche.

What is your question?

*Sadly, we had to bring back ads too. Hopefully more targeted.
