1- Highlight the higher points of your face, sich as your forehead, nose, chin, and upper cheekbones.

2- Use a darker shade (I like a subtle non-shimmery brozer, like Hoopla) to contour the lower points of your face, such as the hollows of your cheeks, under your jaw (this gives the illusion of a stronger jawline), along your hairline, the sides of your nose (between nose and eye), and your temples.

3- Blend to create smooth transitions

4-Set the makeup with a setting spray or translucent powder. Whatever works for your skin type!

Contouring is simply creating highlightsnand shadows in certain Ares of your face to outline your best features.  One of the easiest techniques is call “strobing” and the best videos I know is from Wayne Goes: https://youtu.be/7fHpnjddEpM

An oval face is already the ideal shape. Most contouring is done to make your face appear more oval. Therefore, Oval faces don’t really need contouring at all. However, if you really want to do some contouring, I would just contour under your cheekbones to make them more prominent and the sides of your nose.
