The confederate flag or the ‘Rebel Flag’ is a part of American history and should still be respected. Taking down this flag is wrong; for the South is still part of the Union and the South is a viable part of the country. We all have our opinions and the South has their own.

I feel that it is wrong simply because it represents the culture of a given region of the United States. I also feel that it is a states’ rights issue as well.
