A good IT must support all the hardware and network of the company.

Depending on your area and the type of business your is, you may be able to find a smaller company that will have the time and resources to offer you the type of support you need. I find that going to small business networking groups, including the local Chamber of Commerce, I meet other business owners who may refer me to someone both local and knowledgeable of my specific business. The best part is that you will also get testimonials, so you will be confident that the person or company you contract will take good care of you.

Some people are simply looking for someone to set up their computers and/or network. Others are looking for "that IT guy" that will answer the phone and help them out of sticky situations whenever needed. You won’t get either from a large, online corporation. Go find your local guru.

Most important thing you should check certifications and experience in IT support before selecting company for Computer support. There may be companies which might have the best certifications but may not have knowledgeable technicians. So check for their privious work and reviews on their services.

They should know what may go wrong and what needs to be done in order to correct it fast with legacy parts, along with On-site and remote IT engineer support.

Recommendation is always the key.  Find a business of similar size to yours which outsource their it systems and ask them if they are happy with the service.  The requirement above all is trust.  You need someone you trust, 1) not to overcharge you, 2) to be professional and honest with safeguarding your data and passwords, 3) if you move away from them in the future you need to be in control of the ownership of your domain / website and any other back end stuff that they could hold you over a barrel with.  I have had to pick up the pieces of a number of companies in the past whereby IT service providers have done shoddy work, overcharged and had the company domain, website and email services in heir name.

Without a domain, email, website and data there is not much left of a company so keep control of these services.

What is your question?
