you must love the language that you want to learn to be good at it … read , listen and write to learn it fast and try to make a conversation with a friend or even with yourselve you have to make some efforts and have the desire and you will learn your nwe language so fast

According to my experience, learn from the people. check if there is a community of people speaking that language and spend time with them, other then that listen to videos of that language. Try speaking the same language with your family and friends.

First thing is you should have honest willing to learn it quickly. Time you have taken to learn anything depend on your effort and interest. As well as you should find out a good teacher as well. Or else if you can find out your colleague who know that language well also a good option as you can see the way he/she is talking and you can practice some speaking sessions with them. Reading and listening also a good mechanisms to learn new language quickly.
