Yes, it’d be safe. But I’d suggest doing other home remedies like a drop of Karo Syrup, Inserting a q-tip into his rectum and pushing down onto the rectum, Apple Juice, or rubbing his stomach the way his intestines go moving the waste down to help him go to the bathroom.
