It completely depends on individual to individual as to how and where one can find peace. Also, there may be seceral ways to find peace, like meditating, serving others, helping people or any other way. You can either be at home or go to places of worship, where you could find peace. For me, being at church gives me peace of mind and relaxes me, as I spend ample of time there, thinking about things and serving and helping others. It gives me a feeling of joy and comfort to make others feel comfortable.

There are many ways to experience an enormous feeling of peace, even as you are going through your day to day routine. You can literally take one minute to focus your awareness on your pineal gland. Simply shifting your sense of feeling to the center of your head, behind your eye’s will stimulate your imagination and give you a profound sense of peace and well being. Doing this as a habit will also make your meditation experiences and dreams much more vivid.

Well It’s not that difficult to find time for yourself. There are many ways where you can do it and I remember a book called "the cubicle menifesto" a must read.

Time is very precious. Time always runs on its own pace. In this busy schedule we will never get time for ourselves we need to manage ours schedule in such a way that we give at least 1 hours for us. In that one hours we can try doing meditation, yoga and some fitness exercise which will help you give peace of mind and to be mentally and physically fit.
