Healthy: Monosaturated fats (olive oil, walnuts), fruits, vegetables, whole-wheat (pasta, bread, rice), lean meat (turkey, chicken), fish (wild salmon, mahi mahi), fresh smoothies, fruit juices, WATER (need 8 glasses daily), tea (preferably green tea), real cocoa chocolate is good for you, soy milk (or any other soy products), edamame Unhealthy: Saturated and trans fat (because they're thick so they clog up your arteries and will cause a heart attack), cholesterol (builds up plaque in arteries), junk food, fast food, soft drinks, red meat (too much fat), high fructose corn syrup (which you see in almost everything these days, because that makes you addicted to that specific food), anything with lots of carb and sugar. You should have some fat but not too much. Definitely stay away from anything "fried", that takes away the nutrition from the food (fried calamari, french fries) Try shopping at Trader Joes or Whole Foods for real crisp quality of foods.
