This is no different than what a birth-citizen would do. It is all based on several financial factors; credit worthiness, credit history, income, down payment, etc.

Best way to establish credit is by obtaining a department store credit card and/or secured credit card from a well recognized bank (citibank, bank of america, capital one, etc).
