What is Coin Roll Hunting?
Coin roll hunting is when individuals exchange paper currency for rolls of coins at either a bank or a similar type of organization. The individual then meticulously goes through the coins they have acquired in hopes of finding one that is worth more than face value. This practice is usually done in hopes of finding silver pieces (Dimes, quarters and Half dollars that were minted on or before 1964 are composed of 90 percent silver).
