What is the difference between life sustaining and health sustaining?

Life sustaining means that something keeps you alive. Natural things we do that are life sustaining include drinking water, getting some exercise (even if it is just walking to the grocery store), and eating. Doing these things keeps us alive physically.

Health sustaining is more about keeping yourself healthy. It is more about health conscientiousness. You can be alive, but you could not be in good healthy, which is the case when people are in a coma, bed ridden, sick, balding, nauseous, etc. Things that we do that keep us healthy include taking vitamins, eating vegetables, exercising, drinking water, etc.

You can be alive, but not healthy. Both life and health sustaining eating and lifestyle habits are important, often times, many people focus on life sustaining habits over health sustaining habits because being healthy and living a healthy lifestyle can be expensive. Buying non-organic food over organic food, is much cheaper, and most people ignore the importance of the healthier lifestyle choices because the negative side effects of it are often delayed.

With the antibiotic of wide spectrum of action ” of Cipro” I clashed already twice. First I gave him to the daughter, when she had a bronchitis. “Cipro” quickly licked a problem and daughter went on an amendment. Second time I had to resort to this preparation after three years, when I managed to earn pharyngitis.
