To be clear, Ginkgo is an herb and is used to help those who suffer from memory loss and is also used to help other health disorders such as depression. Ginkgo is safe to use when it is taken in appropriate doses but it can cause minor side effects such as dizziness and stomach upsets. Certain people should not take this product; especially if they are pregnant, suffer from diabetes, may cause bleeding disorders and may slow blood clotting. Ginkgo should only be taken under the guidance of a physician.
