Why do some children and adults have metal on their teeth?

Hancy Cook

My daughter used to sleep with her sippie cup and at night she would drink from it. She developed a tooth problem and her front teeth needed to be capped because of it. It was a costly mistake on our part and our second child did not have this issue. Her teeth eventually fell out and now she is metal free! Her adult teeth are now in their place. You can get the old fillings replaced with “white” fillings, to avoid the metal look! I did and I am very happy to not see the dark fillings anymore!
