If you have ever seen the movie Like water for chocolate it’s not that type situation. However, I find that if you are tired, angry or frustrated that you often make little mistakes when cooking like leaving something out, cooking it too long etc. So perhaps in that way yes your mood can affect your cooking. When you are happy and focused things always turn out better.
