Will depression go away on its own?

For extremely fortunate individuals, depression may go away by itself. But for the rest of us, depression can hang on for months, years or indefinitely. Depression can go away on its own, only to return in the future; once an individual has one episode of depression, they are predisposed to have more. Clinical depression is a potentially fatal disease – and suicide could be the end result of waiting for it to go away without any help. if you are looking for solution for it feel free to drop by trivedi master wellness a health and wellness solution.

It depends on the individual. Ironically, if you’re the type of person who sits around waiting for things to fix themselves (like waiting to see if your depression simply goes away on its own), that could very well be a symptom of depression, which may mean you’re in deep enough for it to be serious. Depression, like anxiety, has different levels of severity. A common, and often underestimated, symptom is lack of motivation, especially concerning things that should be considered important. Plenty of times, depression may be caused by a frequent lack of motivation, but many also think it’s the other way around, that the lack of motivation is caused by the depression. I personally think it just depends on the individual.

In short, the fact that you feel the need to ask instead of seeking legitimate medical advice may be a symptom of serious or potentially serious depression (or anxiety, if you have even a small fear of talking to (or even just making appointments for) professionals about anything even if it’s important).

One thing that’s helped me keep focus during periods of Depression has been the knowledge that it will pass.

During depression, I don’t even know what colour good days are. If I try to gain frequency on the TV station of my memories, all days seem grey. Birthdays, random wins, feast days, lucky strokes, praise, kisses, Christmases, break throughs, graduation, Thorpe Park flumes, you name it, if I can remember it at all, it’s all about fifties black and white and without a differentiating colour. Even if it was fun, lovely, empowering, enriching, on down days I remember it like another stain on the ugly carpet of my life.

Those days aren’t grey, really. Knowint that I was smiling is encouraging.

It will come around again.

No, its a disorder in which neurotransmitter imbalance occurs which can’t be corrected manually ,rather require psychiatrist help which involve meds ,therapy and counseling. But a lot depends upon resilience and hardiness in you which can promise early cure. Its like rebounding back from the miserable state. Depression kills hunger, produces lots of guilt, tiredness, boredom, anxiety come free or is cause of uncontrolled anxiety. It takes time to get better and no magical way to quickly heal whats broken. It is essential to ensure family help and understanding and realisation of self inability to cope with the daily life chores and situation. Practice  mindfulness ,try to do something which you love to do , figure out various ways to get involved in things by realising and igniting your passions, and don’t ever give up no matter how dark things seem. Try to be action centric rather  than thought centric and always keep yourself busy and occupied. Don’t rush things ,take baby steps but ensure all effort leads forward direction rather than backward.

The blunt answer is no. Although depression like many mental ailments flutuates in intensity and severity depression is usually caused by an underlying issue so deep seeded that without treatment it never fully goes away. For some lucky people healthy lifestyle changes or simply time can put depression in remission and allow them to fully experience life without its influence most cases just simply aren’t like that. If depression is actively affecting ones day to day life especially you shouldn’t expect it to go away anytime soon and should be instead looking for ways to self help or gain professional help.
