CFE grant money cannot be used to pay for a CPS employee, and grant money may not be used to purchase materials or fund experiences that are evidently inappropriate for the ages or abilities of a teacher’s students. Generally speaking, anything else is possible, as long as it is part of a stimulating activity in which students are actively involved and which is an integral component of the curricular project or broader Instructional Strategy.
