A code activation stopped working. What happened?
The most common cause is the system date being accidentally changed backwards. In this case, restoring the system date should cause the activation to work again. If you make some hardware changes to a computer, this can cause the activation to become invalid. If you reverse the change, the activation should be restored. At this time, you can deactivate Presentation before making the hardware change again. If nothing that you know of changed, contact NBS and we will troubleshoot the problem.
