A. I am sorry to say that due to the war efforts, “Operation DEAR ABBY” – the service to send mail to anonymous soldiers via the Military Postal Service Agency has been suspended. Keep the men and women who govern, and defend your country in your thoughts and prayers. There are a couple of virtual options you might want to consider: 1. Use a MARSGRAM – This is sponsored by the Military Affiliate Radio System and hosted by AAFES. The link is odin.aafes.com/mars/marsgram.asp. 2. Use the Navy’s message center (all branches accepted).
