Hi everybody. My sons began to have a phase of active games, and I don’t know what to do with them. Should I calm them down or let them play?

Hyperactive behavior is normal among kids, and I’d recommend you to let your kids express this energy. Don’t you think it’s great when your sons are playing with each other? I have a daughter and a son, and both of them are pretty calm as long as they don’t see the wooden playground. They can play there for several hours, and I think you can buy something like that for your sons so they can express their energy. Our playground is from goodevas, but I think it’s easy to find something similar.

Are they hyperactive? I think it’s okay for kids of any age to have lots of energy, so you just need to accept it.
