A V S Failure What is an AVS or CVV Error?
AVS – An AVS error means that the Billing address provided did not exactly match what is on file with your Bank or Credit Company. Unfortunately, sometimes the smallest inconsistency may cause this error. Although it may seem as though you were still charged for the order, rest assured your funds will return to your account within 2 -3 business days. Your bank recognizes the attempt and extends the funds to us. After about 48 hours of us saying “No thanks,” they get the message and give your money back to you. This is a precaution put in place to protect the card holder.
