If it is the registration (the metal license plates attached to the rear & possibly the front of your car) is what is suspended– regardless of how many names are on the registration card, NO ONE can drive the vehicle until DMV reinstates the registration. If more than one licensed driver drives the car & it’s just a case of one of them had their driver’s license suspended, and the registration is valid, then yes, another driver with a valid license that is permitted to drive the car can drive it.
