Accented and other non-ASCII characters look right in Bricolages internal preview, but not on my own preview server or my production server. What gives?

You need to make sure that your non-Bricolage server or virtual host knows that it’s server Unicode characters. If you’re running an Apache server, just add this to your httpd.
