According to the Bible, where are Enoch, Moses and Elijah?
Prior to His death Jesus said “No one has ascended into heaven but he who descended from heaven, the Son of man.” Recall also the information Jesus imparted in Luke 16:22-23- He said there’s a place called “the bosom of Abraham”. That cannot be the very presence of God in heaven because the veil in the temple wasn’t rent assunder till Jesus died. So “the bosom of Abraham” is clearly not on earth but is a spiritual place, or condition, prior to approaching God in heaven’s throne room. Genesis 5:22-24: “And Enoch walked with God after he begat Methuselah three hundred years, and begat sons and daughters: And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years: And Enoch walked with God: and he [was] not; for God took him.” “took” – Hebrew, laqach, meaning to snatch, take away, carry away; to take, carry off; to be taken away, be removed.
