Very helpful to integrate live chat on website. I followed these steps when I was integrating Live2Support live chat with my E-commerce website:

  • Clicked on the Download link to download Live2Support app.
  • Saved Software on my Machine.
  • Double clicked on Software to Start Installation.
  • Clicked on “Run” button.
  • Clicked on “Next” button of “Live2support Setup Wizard” window.
  • Accepted license agreement by clicking on “I Agree” button.
  • Choose “Installation Location” for the Live2Support app & clicked on “Next” button.
  • Now Live2support app has been installed on my machine.
  • Clicked on the “Finish” button
