i used them for about 2 months and am not sure weather it was them or gym or both that helped me loose 2 stone… i used the tablets but after something really fatty like pastrie id have 2 but also did a bums tums and thighs work out 3 times a week and went from just over 10 and half stone down to 8 stone 4!
