After a new Bryan Comprehensive Plan is adopted, can it be changed?
The Plan is not considered to be a static document, but rather is the result of a continuing process to gather and evaluate data and make informed decisions based upon constantly changing conditions. In order to maintain its validity and applicability to current conditions and characteristics of the community, and to ensure that it reflects the vision and direction of the community, the Bryan Comprehensive Plan should be updated at periodic intervals. The City Council must formally vote to adopt amendments in order to change the Plan.
