After amending the constitution, when does the new law go into effect?
According to Article 284-2, the amendment passed may enter into effect only after installation of the next elected President. In no case may the President under the Government that approved the amendment benefit from any advantages deriving there from. The current Legislature should be able to amend the constitution at its last ordinary session, so long as they use the same method declaring that the new law goes into effect after installation of the next elected President.
