After being accepted and successfully completing the interview, is there anything else required?
The student is notified that they have been accepted into the Clinical Laboratory Program at which time they must submit: * Physical and health status report on a form obtained from the Program office. * Proof of Hepatitis-B vaccine * Health care insurance * Medical malpractice insurance * Required immunizations 14) Tell me more about the health care and medical malpractice insurance If the student does not have health care insurance, information on a low cost health care insurance will be given to the student. Medical malpractice insurance is approximately $11.00 per semester, which is only paid during the hospital rotation.
