After cold air intake installation, my MAF sensor doesn work with the new intake. Why is that?
You have the sensor installed incorrectly. Possibly backwards. Orientation of this sensor is critical. Must be installed in a straight section of the pipe with about a foot of straight pipe ahead of it to avoid turbulence at the sensor. These sensors are very fragile and easily damaged. You may have damaged the sensor while installing it. If you got any oil on the sensor, these can be cleaned. But don’t use carburetor or fuel injection cleaner for this, you will destroy the sensor.. You must use Mass Airflow Sensor Cleaner for this. See link below. This can be bought at most auto parts stores. A can is about $5 and will clean your sensor several times. As your cold air kit uses oiled gauze for a filter, you should clean this sensor a couple of times a year, maybe when you service the air filter. You engine depends on the sensor to get the fuel air mixture correct. It will never run right until you resolve this problem.
