After completing the installation process, the image is still fuzzy and pixelated. Is there something wrong with the camera?
DiaCam is a 1.2 megapixel intraoral camera and has the ability to produce sharp images. Some doctors encountered the above problem not because of DiaCam itself, but because of the graphics card on the computer. First possibility : DiaCam needs a good performance graphics card on the computer to view the best possible quality images. The graphics card’s memory has to be higher than 64MB. Second possibility : you do have a good performance graphics card, but still only sees pixelated and fuzzy images. This is because the proper graphic card’s driver has not been installed on your computer. The proper graphics card’s driver is given to you when you purchased the computer. If you cannot find your graphics card’s driver CD, you can download it from the graphics card manufacturer’s website.
