It depends on what you deposited into your account and assuming you do not repeatedly overdraft your account: *If you deposited cash then it is available immediately. *If you deposited a check, regardless of where it is from the first $100 is available the next business day (assuming again you aren't a constant overdrafter). *If you deposited a "local" check then the full amount should be at the latest available on the second business day after the deposit (Saturday and Sunday are not business days). *If the check is "non-local" then the full amount should be at the lastest available on the fifth business day after the deposit. *Any longer and the bank will notify you.
