After I enter the number of axles, I cannot enter the axle weights and spacings. What do I do?
If this is the first time that you have used the GotPermits.com process, the truck display feature must be installed. Notification of the required installation may happen a couple different ways. First, under the Address Bar (where you enter the URL like http://www.GotPermits.com), there may be an Information Bar with a prompt to install an ActiveX control from Bentley Systems. Click on the Information Bar and follow the instructions to download and install the control. This prompt may also appear in the Truck Display box below the axle configuration input fields. Alternatively, you may be prompted with a security dialog box asking if the software from Bentley Systems should be downloaded. Accept the download and follow the instructions.
